Text & Data Toolkit — tool reference
CSV, JSON, text, dates, IDs and hashes your assistant can run without a spreadsheet.

Older single-tool endpoints (for example /mcp/csv-tables) stay live for existing keys. Prefer this server so the assistant sees every tool in one place.
summarise_csv
Parse pasted CSV (header + rows) and return column names plus a markdown sample table. Nothing is stored.
csv_to_json
Header + rows to an array of objects. Nothing is stored.
json_to_csv
Turn an object or array of objects into CSV. Nothing is stored.
format_json
Parse and pretty-print JSON. Reports invalid JSON instead of guessing.
analyse_text
Word count, reading time and Flesch ease for English. Arabic is counted, not scored.
diff_text
Line-oriented unified diff of before and after. Nothing is stored.
sort_lines
Sort pasted lines, optionally unique. Nothing is stored.
wrap_text
Word-wrap pasted text (default 72 columns). Keeps paragraph breaks.
build_markdown_table
Headers + rows to GitHub-flavoured markdown. For CSV use CSV tables.
strip_html
Remove tags and scripts from pasted HTML. Not a sanitizer for re-rendering.
escape_html
& < > quotes for pasting into HTML. Not a sanitizer.
generate_uuid
1–20 random UUID v4 values. Not stored.
base64_encode
UTF-8 to Base64. Not stored. Not a file upload.
base64_decode
Base64 to UTF-8. Rejects invalid padding.
hash_sha256
Hex SHA-256 of pasted text. Nothing is stored. Not a file upload.
generate_passphrase
A random 4–8 word hyphenated passphrase for a client handover. Not stored.
convert_case
upper, lower, title or sentence case. English locale.
safe_filename
Strip path and Windows-illegal characters. Does not write a file.
lookup_mime
Common extensions (webp, woff2, csv, …). Not the full IANA registry.
format_bytes
Binary 1024 units labelled KB/MB/GB.
extract_emails
Unique addresses in pasted text. Does not send. Use Email check for MX.
extract_phones
8–15 digit sequences from pasted text. Does not send. For E.164 use GCC phones.
convert_time
Interpret a wall time in one IANA zone (default Asia/Riyadh) and show it in another (default UTC).
days_until
UTC calendar days from today to a YYYY-MM-DD date (negative if past).
iso_week
YYYY-Www and ISO weekday (Monday=1) for a UTC calendar date.
diff_dates
Whole UTC calendar days from → to. Not working days.
add_months
Add or subtract months, clamping 31 Jan into Feb. UTC date.
percent_change
Percentage change from one number to another. Does not fetch analytics.
percentage_of
What percent is X of Y, or X% of Y. For change over time use Percent change.
calculate_cagr
Compound annual growth rate from start, end and years. Not connected to GA4.
build_vcard
vCard 3.0 for a person or local business. You still attach the .vcf.
build_ics_event
VCALENDAR snippet for a launch or meeting. Default timezone Asia/Riyadh. You still attach the file.
check_ean13
12 digits to compute the check digit, 13 to verify.
