Billing questions

What counts as a call?

Most successful metered tool invocations count as one call. Multi-page Site Audit counts each page audited; scheduled audits and Page Watch checks also use your allowance. Each tool reference explains exceptions. Rejected input and failed calls do not consume quota. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month, UTC, including yearly plans.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel a renewing plan from Billing or your PayPal automatic payments settings. Future renewals stop; access continues through the paid period. Pay-once terms end automatically and do not renew.

Can I upgrade or downgrade?

Choose another plan from Billing. After a verified payment, your new tier starts immediately and we cancel the previous renewal. If that cancellation is delayed, Billing shows the old renewal and lets you cancel it. Unused time is not automatically prorated, credited or refunded. Check the plan, term and amount before approving the new payment.

What happens if a renewal fails?

Billing shows your payment status and any grace period. If payment is not recovered, access returns to Free. Your payment provider may retry the charge; contact support if you need help resolving it.

Will I receive a receipt? What about VAT?

Verified payments have a receipt in Billing and, when email delivery is available, by email. Displayed prices are in USD. Any applicable tax is shown before you approve payment. A payment receipt is not a promise of a VAT tax invoice; contact support about business invoicing requirements before buying.

How do refunds work?

Contact support with your receipt reference for duplicate charges, payment errors or a service problem. We review the issue and confirm the outcome by email. Cancellation stops renewals and does not automatically refund a completed payment. See the refund policy for the process and your statutory rights.
