Billing questions

How does billing work?

Paid plans are monthly subscriptions through PayPal, in US dollars. You approve the subscription on PayPal's site; we never see your card or bank details. Pro is switched on only after PayPal confirms the subscription to our servers — not when your browser returns from PayPal.

What counts as a call?

One tool invocation from your assistant. Calls rejected for bad input, blocked URLs, rate limits or errors on our side are not counted. Quotas reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).

What happens if a payment fails?

PayPal retries automatically. While a payment is outstanding your account uses Free limits; Pro returns as soon as PayPal collects the payment.

How do I cancel?

From the dashboard, or from the automatic payments page in your PayPal account. You keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

During early access, refund requests are handled individually — email us. This will be replaced by a published policy before general availability.

Are these prices final?

No. They are proposed test prices while we learn what the connector is worth to people. Existing subscribers will be told before any change applies to them.
