Terms of service

1. The service

ToolCargo provides hosted MCP servers (“connectors”) that AI clients can call on your behalf. During early access one connector, Site Audit, is available. Connectors marked “planned” are not part of the service and may never be released.

2. Your account

You must give an email address you control and keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for calls made with your credentials; revoke any key you believe is exposed. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the service to overload, disrupt or scan websites, or to get around rate limits, paywalls, logins or other access controls;
• audit systems you are not allowed to access, or attempt to reach private networks through the service;
• share an account or keys with people outside your organisation, or resell access without our written agreement;
• interfere with the service, other users' accounts, or our billing.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will explain why unless doing so would help the abuse continue.

4. Results

Audit findings are automated checks of what a website returned at the time of the request. They can be incomplete or wrong, for example when a site blocks automated requests or renders content with JavaScript. Search engines and social platforms make their own decisions. Check important changes yourself.

5. Plans and billing

• The Free plan is free and has the limits shown on the pricing page. We may change free limits with reasonable notice.
• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through PayPal. Prices are early-access test prices; we will tell subscribers before a price change applies to them.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future payments; paid access continues to the end of the current period.
• If a payment fails, your account uses Free limits until the payment succeeds.
• Refund requests during early access are handled individually by email.

5a. Pilot access

We may give selected accounts free, time-limited pilot access with Pro-level limits. Pilot access is not a subscription, costs nothing, ends automatically on the date shown in your dashboard, and can be withdrawn. When it ends, the account returns to the Free plan unless you choose to subscribe.

6. Availability and changes

The service is provided “as is” during early access, without guarantees of availability or fitness for a particular purpose. We may change or discontinue connectors; if we discontinue a paid connector we will stop billing for it and refund any unused prepaid period.

7. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before it arose. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may close accounts that break these terms, or all accounts if the service shuts down, with notice where possible.
