Requirements
- • A ToolCargo account with Site Audit activated (free). No NASA account, API key or paid provider.
Limitations
- • ToolCargo includes NASA Image and Video Library source metadata. NASA has not reviewed or endorsed this projection; AI output belongs to the AI product, not NASA. No NASA logos, training or image generation.
- • Image-only indexed metadata, not visual inspection or full embedded metadata. DateCreated is a source field, not a guaranteed capture, event or upload date. Missing creators are not inferred from center or description.
- • NASA IDs match case-insensitively and preserve canonical source spelling; ambiguous and partial identities fail. Source-indexed absence does not establish asset nonexistence.
- • Reuse status is always unassessed. NASA indexing, missing restrictions and US copyright defaults do not establish permission; third-party, identifiable-person, commercial-use and mark restrictions require review.
- • Bounded inert plain text with missing/truncation signals. At most five validated fixed-host rendition pointers are returned as source data; never fetched, with dimensions/bytes missing when absent. No asset bytes, manifests, full metadata files, linked pages, arbitrary URLs or credentials.
- • Explicit filter-bound cursors, 1–10 records and at most 1000 pages. Ranking/counts can change and are not an immutable inventory. Fixed-origin requests have shared serialization, spacing, source cooldown, 2 MB/15-second bounds and no automatic retry; no numeric upstream quota is claimed.
- • Projected results may be cached in one instance for at most five minutes, respecting source cache directives and Age, with 50 entries/50 KB per entry. FetchedAt and cacheHit disclose freshness; no upstream availability guarantee.
