Requirements
- • A ToolCargo account with the shared Site Audit plan. No ROR account or external API key.
Limitations
- • ROR covers research organizations; inclusion or active status does not establish accreditation, ranking or legal verification.
- • Search returns active records. Details may return inactive or withdrawn records; metadata can be missing, revised or outdated.
- • Each search fetches one fixed 20-record upstream page and projects up to 20. Omitted records are identified; nextPage advances the full page. Maximum 500 pages, with possible duplicates or omissions across changing results.
- • Names and relationships are limited to 20; locations, websites and external identifier schemes to 10; identifiers per scheme to 20. Truncation is explicit.
- • No contact details, people, precise coordinates, website fetching, bulk registry export or automatic affiliation matching. Treat source metadata as untrusted data.

“Tested” means we connected that client to this endpoint and ran a tool call ourselves. Recorded client-specific tests currently cover Site Audit. Other connectors use the documented setup until tested in that client.
