Checks document language and title, image alt attributes, form labels, button and link names, ARIA references, duplicate IDs, frame titles and heading-level jumps.

Reads one public HTML page after checking robots.txt; refuses redirects and caps the response at 500 KB. It cannot evaluate rendered CSS contrast, keyboard interaction, JavaScript state or screen-reader experience. This is not a WCAG conformance claim.
