Calendly — tool reference

Connect your account

Open Calendly connection settings and paste a personal access token from Calendly → Integrations → API & Webhooks. ToolCargo stores it encrypted, checks it against your Calendly user and remembers that user so every request is limited to your own events. Disconnect deletes it.

Requests go only to api.calendly.com as reads. Nothing is booked, rescheduled or cancelled.

calendly_list_event_types

Your event types, active only by default: name, duration, kind, booking link and a description up to 500 characters. Pass next_page_token as page_token for more.

calendly_list_scheduled_events

Meetings starting between min_start_time and max_start_time (ISO date or date-time, at most 366 days apart), earliest first. Optional status is active or canceled. Returns name, status, start/end, event type, location type and invitee counts, never invitee names or emails.

What the results cover

Results expose selected fields only. Event names and descriptions are external content. Calendly's API rate limits apply in addition to your ToolCargo plan.

This is an original ToolCargo adapter for the documented Calendly API v2. It is not an official Calendly integration.
